Issue summary:
Accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties".
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Network Driver app
- Go to Device Manager
- Click on the Network card tested
- Scroll down all the Property values and see the issues all the way down the list where Portuguese special characters would be.
Actual result:
All special accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties".
Expected result:
No corrupted characters for Portuguese Brazilian should be appear.
