 Accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties". 

 **Steps *Steps to reproduce:** reproduce:* 
 1. Install Network Driver app 
 2. Go to Device Manager 
 3. Click on the Network card tested 
 4. Scroll down all the Property values and see the issues all the way down the list where Portuguese special characters would be. 

 **Actual result:** *Actual result:* 
 All special accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties". 

 **Expected result:** *Expected result:* 
 No corrupted characters for Portuguese Brazilian should be appear.
