Description

Issue summary:
Accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Network Driver app
  2. Go to Device Manager
  3. Click on the Network card tested
  4. Scroll down all the Property values and see the issues all the way down the list where Portuguese special characters would be.

Actual result:
All special accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties".

Expected result:
No corrupted characters for Portuguese Brazilian should be appear.

Based off info from Chris this comes from an *.inf file - these are only found in "Driver". Searching that IIDS job with what I can read from the screenshot here are the closest things I see:

nothing in IIDS is corrupted which means it has to do with the corruption they are getting in whatever process they are using to extract the translations from the PCJ project...

We need to know which of the devices this happened with so that we can find the correct stake holder.
