*Issue summary:* Accented There is corruption of all the special accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" Advanced tab and "Properties". *Steps to reproduce:* Properties values throughout. 1. Install Network Driver app 2. Go to Device Manager 3. Click on the Network card tested 4. Open Advanced tab Scroll down all the Property values and see the issues all the way down the list where Portuguese special characters would be. *Actual result:* All special accented characters are displaying corrupted in the "Advanced" tab and "Properties". *Expected result:* No corrupted characters for Portuguese Brazilian should be appear. *HW configuration:* Eagle Fountain (FVL) *SW configuration:* TIC-741067 *Operating System:* Win 11 21H2
