**Issue summary:** 
 Summary: Corruption of Portuguese special characters in Get-intelethernetsetting characters    in Powershell. Powershell 

 **Steps to reproduce:** 
 1. Open Cpmmand prompt and Powershell 
 2. Type Get-intelethernetsetting 
 3. Hit returm and see the resulting txt about network cards 
 4. Observe the corruption of Portuguese special characters. 

 **Actual result:** 
 All special accented characters are displaying corrupted in Get-intelethernetsetting from Powershell. 

 **Expected result:** 
 No corrupted characters for Portuguese Brazilian should be appear.

 Spirit Falls (FVL)
